John J Foley - Non Executive Chairman
BD, LLB, BL (Dublin)
  Graduating in law from the University of Sydney in 1969, Mr Foley was admitted to practise as a barrister in New South Wales in 1971. He was called to the Irish Bar in 1989 and admitted as a Member of the Honourable Society of Kings' Inns in Dublin. Mr Foley has over 30 years' experience in the gold mining industry, has been a guest speaker at the World Gold Council in New York and was a Director of the Australian Gold Council for eight years.

Mark J J Lynch - Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer

Mr Mark Lynch has been actively involved in gold exploration and mining for over 28 years, in both private and public companies. During his career, he has maintained a competitive focus on business efficiency centred around strategic planning and innovation. Mr Lynch has extensive hands-on experience in mine operations and management from the pegging of mining leases through to pouring gold bars. He has held the position of Director of the Queensland Resources Council for six years. He is currently a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.


Dr Brian White - Non Executive Director
BSc (Hons) Mining Engineering, PLD, MBA, Hon F Aus IMMCP, FIE (Aust) CEng, FAM, MMICA, RPEQ
  Dr White is a mining engineer with a professional career spanning more than 40 years covering all facets of the minerals industry. His experience includes operational management, project development, planning, design and consultancy, in gold and base metals. This has included senior positions in both surface and underground mines in many parts of the world including the large underground Ashanti gold reef mine, West Africa, and Head of Mining Engineering at the WA School of Mines, Australia. More recently he was Professor of Mining Engineering at Queensland University, Managing Director of Tennent Isokangas consultants and Principal Engineer with Coffey Mining. Dr White knows Citigold's Charters Towers gold project and the potential it holds. This knowledge, added to his extensive and diverse experience, should materially benefit the Company’s development plans.

Matthew Martin - Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary

  Mr Matthew Martin graduated from Sydney University in 1998, following completion of his Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Finance) degree. He was admitted as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia in 2002. Mr Martin has worked in various roles as part of several international teams, including Project Accountant with Dexia Banque Internationale in London, Systems and Compliance Manager with the First Group (transport group), Forensic Accountant with BDO Stoy Hayward and Business Services Manager with JD Matthews & Associates. He has an extensive working knowledge of the International Financial Reporting Standards, and the Australian Accounting Standards. In his dual position with Citigold, Mr Martin's work on capital raising, cost control, management reporting, budgeting, capital expenditure and project analysis, is instrumental in the development of the Charters Towers Project and the company's future growth.
